Engine Management System - Motronic Me 1.5.5
Both DOHC–0 petrol engines are equipped with the engine management system Motronic ME 1.5.5. Due to intensified legal requirements for motor vehicle emissions, the following parts have been revised and, in some cases, reintroduced:
- Accelerator pedal module (electronic accelerator pedal)
- Throttle valve module (electronic accelerator pedal)
- Linear exhaust gas recirculation valve
- Second oxygen sensor for monitoring the catalytic converter efficiency
