Battery / Starter (Voltage Measurement) Opel Agila A

Objective:

Evaluation of the state of charge of the battery, voltage supply to the starter during starting and operation of the starter.

Measurement:

Plot of the battery voltage during the start procedure.

Preparation:

Switch off the engine, switch off the ignition, switch off all electrical loads.

Connections:

INPUT ACOM/TRIGGERINPUT B
Connect the red measurement lead to the positive pole of the battery. Connect the black measurement lead to the negative pole of the battery.

Procedure Tech 31:

  1. 1. Download Reference curve.
  2. 2. Start engine.

  1. 1. Download Setup file (the Tech 32 uses only Setup files, no reference curves).
  2. 2. Start engine.
