Install pump power steering Power steering pump

Perform filling COOLING SYSTEM - DRAINING/FILLING

1. Install lifting beam «9995716»(ref-403953-S41765249862011061000000). Install lifting hooks «9995460»(ref-403953-S32932431362011061000000)
2. Lift the engine to relieve the load on the engine pads.

Slacken off the 5 hose clamps for all the charge air pipes.

Remove the 2 screws from the charge air pipe on the intake manifold.

Separate all the charge air pipe. Leave the pipes lying on the spark plug cover.

Remove

1. the screws for the spark plug cover
2. the cover
3. the ground strip screw.

Applies only to turbocharged engines

Remove the screws.

Lift up the delivery lines. Remove the spark plug cover.

Scheme 542

Remove the 2 screws at the engine mounting.

Install lifting lug 9995717.
