Replace Starter (Z 20 NET, AC, Rhd, Mt) Opel Vectra C

Remove

1. 1. Open bonnet
2. 2. Disconnect battery. • Detach ground cable
3. 3. Raise vehicle
4. 4. Disconnect dynamic oil level control wiring harness plug (1)
5. 5. Remove wiring harness for starter • Unscrew 2x nut (arrows) • Separate cable tie

6. 6. Detach starter • Disconnect wiring harness plug for crankshaft pulse pick-up • Unscrew 2x bolt (1)

Install

7. 7. Attach starter • Tighten 2x bolt – Tightening torque 40 Nm • Connect wiring harness plug for crankshaft pulse pick-up
8. 8. Attach wiring harness for starter • Tighten 2x nut • Attach cable ties
9. 9. Connect dynamic oil level control wiring harness plug
10. 10. Lower vehicle
11. 11. Connect battery.
12. 12. Close bonnet
13. 13. Program volatile memories
