Replace All Sheathed Glow Plugs Opel Vectra C

Remove

1. 1. Remove intake manifold upper part
2. 2. Remove fuel temperature sensor fuel line (1) • Remove bolt • Unscrew banjo bolt • Detach hose – Release clamp

3. 3. Detach fuel return hose (1) • Release clamp

4. 4. Detach 6 wiring harnesses for the sheathed glow plugs (1) • Unscrew 6 nuts (3)
5. 5. Unscrew 6 sheathed glow plugs (2)

Install

6. 6. Tighten 6x sheathed glow plug 18 Nm
7. 7. Attach 6x wiring harnesses for the sheathed glow plugs • Tighten 6x nut 1.2 Nm
8. 8. Attach fuel return hose • Fasten clamp
9. 9. Install fuel line for fuel temperature sensor • Tighten bolt 21 Nm • Tighten banjo bolt 20 Nm • Attach hose – Fasten clamp
10. 10. Install intake manifold upper part
