How to Replace the Upper Bracket for Alternator Opel Vectra C

Remove

1. Remove alternator
2. Detach wiring harness bracket (1) from upper alternator bracket (2) • Unclip wiring harness • Remove bolt (arrow)
3. Remove upper alternator bracket • Unscrew 2x bolt (3)

How to Replace the Upper Bracket for Alternator

Install

4. Install upper alternator bracket • Tighten 2x bolts 28 Nm
5. Attach wiring harness bracket to upper alternator bracket • Tighten bolt • Attach wiring harness
6. Install alternator
