A revised Service Plan and a new Service Booklet are introduced for the MY 2004 Movano and Vivaro. An additional checklist is also introduced to cover an increased service interval on some of the Movano MY 2004 engines. These publications must be used for MY 2004.
The increased service interval of 40 000 km/24 000 miles, or two years applies to the Movano MY 2004 common rail diesel engines as follows:
- G9T 750, 2.2 litre
- G9U 750, 2.5 litre
- G9U 754, 2.5 litre
The Movano MY 2004 F9Q 774, 1.9 litre, common rail diesel engine is incorporated into the existing service interval of 30 000 km/18 000 mile, or two years.
