How to Replace the Engine Damping Block, Right (S8U) Opel Movano A

Remove

1. 1. Disconnect battery negative lead • Release bolt
2. 2. Raise vehicle
3. 3. Remove engine and transmission undershield from vehicle • Remove 2x bolt (1) • Remove 4x nut (2)

4. 4. Install Engine Support KM-6210 – see operation “Engine Support KM-6210, Install and Remove”
5. 5. Lower vehicle
6. 6. Release fuel feed pipe (1) from clip on right support bracket for engine damping block

7. 7. Remove engine support bracket and tie-bar from engine damping block • Remove 4x bolt (1) • Remove nut (2)

8. 8. Remove engine damping block (1) from inner wing panel • Remove 4x bolt (2)

Install

9. 9. Install engine damping block to inner wing panel • Install 4x bolt ( 45 Nm )
10. 10. Install engine support bracket and tie-bar to engine mount • Install 4x bolt (1) ( 45 Nm ) • Install nut (2) ( 105 Nm )

11. 11. Secure fuel feed pipe (1) to support bracket for engine damping block

12. 12. Raise vehicle
13. 13. Remove Engine Support KM-6210 from vehicle

14. 14. Install engine and transmission undershield • Secure 2x bolt (1) • Secure 4x nut (2)

15. 15. Lower vehicle
16. 16. Connect battery negative lead • Secure bolt
17. 17. Program all volatile memories
