The new engines introduced for Movano MY 2004 are as follows:
- F9Q 774 SOHC, 1.9 litre, 8 valve diesel engine
- G9T 750 DOHC, 2.2 litre, 16 valve diesel engine
- G9U 750 DOHC, 2.5 litre, 16 valve diesel engine
- G9U 754 DOHC, 2.5 litre, 16 valve diesel engine (low output)
- G9U 754 DOHC, 2.5 litre, 16 valve diesel engine (high output)
• Service: Replacement Bar KM 6210-300 is introduced for Movano MY 2004 to replace the existing bar on Engine Support Tool KM-6210. The replacement bar can be used retrospectively for all operations. The replacement bar is required due to the relocation of the radiator mountings, which are used for the installation of the engine support tool. The replacement bar is supplied with two spacer washers, and is equipped with a warning sticker to emphasise the importance of referring to TIS for the installation procedure.
