Replace Pressure Sensor Intake Pipe (Z 16 SE, Lhd) Opel Meriva A

1. Open bonnet
2. Loosen air intake pipe. • Loosen air intake hose – Unscrew 2 bolts • Unclip throttle valve pre-heater return hose
3. Remove intake pipe pressure sensor • Detach engine control unit wiring harness plug upwards in direction of arrow • Remove intake pipe pressure sensor bracket • Unscrew 2 bolts (2) • Disconnect pressure sensor intake pipe wiring harness plug (1)

Replace Pressure Sensor Intake Pipe (Z 16 SE, Lhd)

4. Install intake pipe pressure sensor • Attach intake pipe pressure sensor bracket • Tighten 2 bolts – Tightening torque 8 Nm • Connect pressure sensor intake pipe wiring harness plug. • Connect upper engine control unit wiring harness plug.
5. Install air intake pipe • Install air intake hose – Tighten 2 bolts – Tightening torque 8 Nm • Clip in throttle valve pre-heater return hose
6. Close bonnet
