Remove / Install Flywheel (Z 16 SE) Opel Meriva A

1. Remove manual transmission

Note. See operation "K 2051 00 Manual Transmission, Remove and Install" in group "K".

2. Remove clutch

Note. see operation "K 2051 00-004 Clutch Plate and Clutch Disc (without SAC), Remove and Install" in group "K".

3. Detach flywheel • Use KM-652 (1) • Unscrew 6 bolts
4. Rework threads • Clean 6x threads – In crankshaft
5. Attach flywheel • Tighten 6 bolts – Tightening torque 35 Nm + 30° + 15° – Use KM-652 (2)

Note. Use new bolts

Remove / Install Flywheel (Z 16 SE)

6. Clean flywheel
7. Install clutch

Note. see operation "K 2051 00-004 Clutch Plate and Clutch Disc (without SAC), Remove and Install" in group "K".

8. Install manual transmission

Note. See operation "K 2051 00 Manual Transmission, Remove and Install" in group "K".
