Cable trough (1) from camshaft housing cover.
Crankcase ventilation hoses (2) and (3) from camshaft housing cover.

Loosen fastening bolt for toothed belt tension roller and turn adjustment eccentric in direction of arrow (clockwise) until pointer (1) is at left stop.
Remove toothed belt from camshaft gear. At hex of camshaft, set camshaft gear to mark (short way).
| Notch on camshaft gear must align with mark on rear toothed belt cover. | |||

Toothed belt - ensure that tensioned side (I) is taut.

Crankcase ventilation hoses and cable trough.
Toothed belt front cover (1) to toothed belt rear cover.

Camshaft housing cover bolts - 8 Nm / 6 lbf ft.

Crankshaft vibration damper - counterhold on fastening bolt of toothed belt drive gear.
Skid plate - 3 bolts.
