Replace Relay Box, Body Control Module (BCM), Lhd (Start/stop System) Opel Corsa D

Stopp/start System 2 illustrations ~175 words

Important: When replacing the control unit, before removing the control unit carry out a "Reset" using TECH 2.

Remove

  1. 1. Disconnect battery
  2. 2. Detach the lower instrument panel padding (1) • Open 2 panels (3) • Unscrew 2x bolts (2) • Remove from the guide
  1. 3. Disconnect relay support • Disconnect 4 wiring harness plugs (2) • Unclip wiring harness
  2. 4. Remove relay support • Unscrew 3x bolts (1) • Take out relay support – Release 2x wiring harness plugs (3) and disconnect

Install

  1. 5. Install relay frame • Connect and lock 2x wiring harness plugs • Tighten 3x bolts
  2. 6. Connect relay support • Attach wiring harness • Connect and lock 4x wiring harness plugs
  3. 7. Mount the lower instrument panel padding • Fix wiring harness plug • Insert into guide • Tighten 2 bolts 5.5 Nm • Close the panel
  4. 8. Connect battery
  5. 9. Program volatile memories

Note. When replacing the control unit, after installing the control unit, execute "Program" with TECH 2.
