Replace Dc/dc Converter (Start/stop System) Opel Corsa D

Remove

1. 1. Disconnect battery
2. 2. Remove lower foot well panelling, passenger side (3). • Unscrew bolt (1) • Unclip clip (2) • Remove from the guide

3. 3. Remove glove compartment • Unscrew 4 screws (1) and (2) • Disconnect the wiring harness plug, glove compartment lighting

4. 4. Remove DC/DC converter • Release retaining lugs (1) • Disconnect wiring harness plug (2)

Install

5. 5. Install DC/DC converter • Insert DC/DC converter – Fix wiring harness plug • Latch retaining lug
6. 6. Fit glove compartment • Connecting the wiring harness plug, glove compartment lighting • Tighten 4x bolts
7. 7. Install lower foot well panelling, passenger side. • Insert into guide • Tighten bolt • Clip in clip
8. 8. Connect battery
9. 9. Program volatile memories
