Alternator, Disassemble and Assemble

Pulley from armature - nut.

Dust cover from rear cover.

Brush holders and brushes from rear cover.

Voltage regulator from rear cover unsolder three joints.

Bolts holding front and rear covers together.

Withdraw front cover with armature from stator and rear cover.

Armature from ball bearing - lay suitable pipe piece (1) underneath.

Armature into ball bearing in front cover - use press.

Stator and rear cover to front cover - align marks, four bolts.

Voltage regulator to rear cover - solder three joints.

Brush holders and brushes to rear cover.
