1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See «BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZI 3.7 V6]»(ref-581639-S29135432412013101400000).)
2. Remove the battery and battery tray. (See «BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZI 3.7 V6]»(ref-581639-S29135432412013101400000) )
3. Remove all connectors and clips which may interfere with servicing.
4. Loosen the PCM bracket nuts. (Scheme 74): PCM Bracket Nuts With Torque Specification
5. Remove the PCM from the PCM bracket. (Scheme 75): PCM, PCM Bracket And Nuts With Torque Specification
6. Remove the PCM bracket. (Scheme 76): PCM Bracket And Nuts With Torque Specification
7. Install in the reverse order of removal.
8. When replacing the PCM on the vehicles, perform the following: PCM configuration (See «PCM CONFIGURATION [MZI 3.7 V6]»(ref-581669-S32731204702013101400000).) Immobilizer system component replacement/key addition and clearing (See «IMMOBILIZER SYSTEM-RELATED PARTS PROGRAMMING [KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEM]»(ref-581656-S37563092372013101400000).)
