1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See «BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZR 2.5]»(ref-581638-S19258420632013101400000).)
2. Remove the battery and battery tray. (See «BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZR 2.5]»(ref-581638-S19258420632013101400000).)
3. Remove in the order indicated in the table. (Scheme 10): Identifying PCM, Connector, PCM Cover No.1 And No.2 With Torque Specification
4. Install in the reverse order of removal.
5. When replacing the PCM on the vehicles, perform the following: PCM configuration (See «PCM CONFIGURATION [MZR 2.5]»(ref-581641-S20472730352013101400000).) Immobilizer system component replacement/key addition and clearing (See «IMMOBILIZER SYSTEM-RELATED PARTS PROGRAMMING [KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEM]»(ref-581656-S37563092372013101400000).)
