DTC B1296: FRONT LIGHT ECU COMMUNICATION STOP Lexus LS III

Note. DTC is output when there is no communication from front light ECU for more than 10 seconds.

  1. Disconnect front light ECU 8-pin connector. (Схема №20) Disconnect body ECU 22-pin connector. (Схема №5) Disconnect driver side junction block ECU 18-pin connector. (Схема №8) Check continuity of Violet/Green wire between body ECU connector terminal No. 17 and front light ECU connector terminal No. 32. Check continuity of Violet/Green wire between front light ECU connector terminal No. 31 and driver side junction block ECU connector terminal No. 15. Repair wiring as necessary. If wiring is okay, replace front light ECU.
