Pgm-Fi System: Removal & Installation Honda CR-V II

A/F Sensor Replacement

Special Tools Required

O2 sensor wrench, Snap-on YA8875, SP Tools 93750, or equivalent, commercially available

Scheme 211

1. Disconnect the A/F sensor 4P connector (A), then remove the A/F sensor (B).
2. Install the A/F sensor in the reverse order of removal.

Secondary HO2S Replacement

Special Tools Required

O2 sensor wrench, Snap-on YA8875, SP Tools 93750, or equivalent, commercially available

Scheme 212

1. Disconnect the secondary HO2S 4P connector (A), then remove the secondary HO2S (B).
2. Install the secondary HO2S in the reverse order of removal.

Scheme 213

1. Disconnect the CKP 3P connector.
2. Remove the CKP sensor (A).
3. Install the sensor in the reverse order of removal with a new O-ring (B).

Scheme 214

1. Remove the air cleaner (see «AIR CLEANER ELEMENT REPLACEMENT»(ref-171389-S11159221972005021600000) ).
2. Disconnect the ECT sensor 2P connector.
3. Remove the ECT sensor (A).
4. Install the sensor in the reverse order of removal with a new O-ring (B).

CMP Sensor B (TDC Sensor) Replacement

Note. CMP sensor B (TDC sensor) is on the exhaust side of the cylinder head.

Scheme 215

1. Remove the air cleaner (see «AIR CLEANER ELEMENT REPLACEMENT»(ref-171389-S11159221972005021600000) ).
2. Disconnect the CMP sensor B (TDC sensor) (A) 3P connector.
3. Remove CMP sensor B (TDC sensor) (A) from the exhaust camshaft side of the cylinder head.
4. Install the sensor in the reverse order of removal with a new O-ring (B).

Scheme 216

1. Disconnect the IAT sensor 2P connector.
2. Remove the clip (A) and the IAT sensor (B).
3. Install the sensor in the reverse order of removal.

Scheme 217

1. Remove the splash shield (see «ENGINE REMOVAL»(ref-171634-S21933383132005020900000) ).
2. Disconnect the knock sensor 1P connector.
3. Remove the knock sensor (A).
4. Install the sensor in the reverse order of removal.
