PCM LOCATION

CAUTIONOn Accord, Oasis, Odyssey and Prelude, when substituting a known-good PCM, immobilizer code must be rewritten to replacement PCM using Honda PGM tester, or engine will not start.

Note. Different Honda models are equipped with either an Engine Control Module (ECM) or a Powertrain Control Module (PCM). ECM will be referred to as a PCM.

On Accord, PCM is located behind center console carpet, under instrument panel. On Civic and CR-V, PCM is located behind passenger-side kick panel, behind carpet. On Oasis, Odyssey and Prelude, PCM is located under passenger-side footwell carpet, behind PCM cover.
