| (1) If codes appear other than those listed in table, verify code. If code is not listed, replace ECM. (2) MIL and D4 indicator light may illuminate simultaneously when DTC 6, 7 or 17 is stored. Diagnose PGM-FI system as necessary, then recheck if D4 indicator light is on. If D4 indicator light is on, repair transmission. (3) MIL will not illuminate when a malfunction occurs in A/T FI signal or Electrical Load Detector (ELD). MIL will indicate appropriate DTC when Service Check Connector is shorted. (4) Applies to Valve Lift Electronic Control (VTEC) engine only. |
