This procedure
- Ensures that the module is really unlocked
- Is the only one permitting a pump check on the bench (without exchange of the module)
Bench testing the pump
With the module unlocked, the pump can be operated after having supplied the electrovalve via the connector fixed to the pump (4-way black)
- Terminal 1 --> +12V
- Terminal 4 --> earth

Unlocking procedure
- Open the bonnet
- Lower the driver's window
- Close the driver's door
- Switch on the ignition
- Wait for the transponder warning lamp in the instrument panel to go out
- Switch off the ignition
- Disconnect the ECU within 5 minutes
