Engine Will Not Crank - Crankshaft Will Not Rotate Buick Encore I

Seized accessory drive system componentInspect the accessory drive system components. Repair or replace all damaged components.
Hydraulically locked cylinder Coolant/antifreeze in cylinder Oil in cylinder Fuel in cylinderInspect for broken head gasket(s). Inspect for cracked engine block or cylinder head. Inspect for a sticking fuel injector.
Seized automatic transmission torque converterRemove the engine assembly. The torque converter bolts are not accessible with the engine installed to the transmission. Rotate the crankshaft at the pulley.
Seized manual transmissionDisengage the clutch. Rotate crankshaft at the pulley.
Material in cylinder Broken valve Piston material Foreign materialInspect the cylinder for damaged components and/or foreign materials. Repair or replace as required.
Seized crankshaft or connecting rod bearingInspect the crankshaft and connecting rod bearings. Repair as required.
Bent or broken connecting rodInspect the connecting rods. Repair as required.
Broken crankshaftInspect the crankshaft. Repair as required.
