Oil Pump Audi Q5 I

Removing

Remove the lower oil pan. Refer to LOWER OIL PAN .

Remove the bolts -arrows-.

Scheme 17

Remove the oil pump forward from the input shaft.

Installing

1. Tightening specification, refer to «OIL PAN UPPER AND LOWER SECTIONS, OIL PUMP AND OIL COOLER OVERVIEW»(ref-515405-S05347042122012120300000) .

Install in reverse order, paying attention to the following

Note. Replace the seal and O-ring.

Install oil pump onto the driveshaft and fasten.

Install the lower oil pan LOWER OIL PAN .

Fill with engine oil and check oil level.
