Removing

Remove the crankcase ventilation hoses. Refer to CRANKCASE VENTILATION HOSES .

Remove the left lower section of the intake manifold. Refer to Removal and Installation .

Scheme 32

Remove the upper coolant pipe. Refer to UPPER COOLANT PIPE .

Remove the bolts -arrows-.

Scheme 33

Remove high pressure line bracket and oil separator -1-.

Installing

1. Tightening specification, refer to «OIL CHECK VALVES AND OIL SEPARATOR OVERVIEW»(ref-515405-S14827522032012120300000) .

Install in reverse order, paying attention to the following

Note. Replace the gasket.

Install the upper coolant pipe. Refer to UPPER COOLANT PIPE .

Install the left lower section of the intake manifold. Refer to Removal and Installation .

Install the crankcase ventilation hoses. Refer to CRANKCASE VENTILATION HOSES .
