  1. O-ring Replace
  2. Oil Check Valve 20 Nm For oil supply to right cylinder head
  3. Gasket Replace
  4. Cover with Oil Separator With connection for crankshaft housing ventilation Removing and installing, refer to «COVER WITH OIL SEPARATOR»(ref-515405-S00431788332012120300000)
  5. Bolt 9 Nm
  6. Bolt 9 Nm
  7. Bolt 3 Nm
  8. Crankcase Ventilation Hose To the intake manifold Removing and installing, refer to «CRANKCASE VENTILATION HOSES»(ref-515405-S01482005552012120300000)
  9. Crankcase Ventilation Hose To the cylinder head covers Removing and installing, refer to «CRANKCASE VENTILATION HOSES»(ref-515405-S01482005552012120300000)
  10. O-rings Replace
  11. Crankcase Ventilation Hose To the air guide pipe
  12. Oil Check Valve 20 Nm For oil supply to left cylinder head
  13. O-ring Replace

  1. Bolt 13 Nm
  2. Oil Pressure Switch -F22- 20 Nm Switching pressure 2.5 to 3.2 bar (36.25 to 46.41 psi) Gray insulation Checking in "Guided Functions" using the vehicle diagnostic tester Removing and installing, refer to «Oil Pressure Switch -F22»(ref-515405-S00837178282012120300000)
  3. Seal Replace
  4. Union Nut 13 Nm
  5. Bolt 9 Nm
  6. Sleeve
  7. Rubber Grommet
  8. Oil Filter Housing With filter bypass valve With oil check valve Oil check valve cannot be replaced
  9. O-ring Replace Inserting (Scheme 4)
  10. Cover 25 Nm
  11. Seal Removing and installing (Scheme 3)
  12. Oil Filter Element Removing and installing
  13. Stud Bolt 16 Nm
  14. Gasket Replace

Remove the gasket -2- from the cap -1- at the pull tab -arrow A-.

Insert the new sealing ring with the semicircular profile in the groove -arrow B- on the cap.

  1. The pull tab -arrow A- must face up.

Insert the O-ring -2- in the groove -arrow- on the oil filter housing -1-.

  4. Checking in "Guided Functions" using the vehicle diagnostic tester
