Engine coolant heater, replacing

Scheme 303
- Remove the fluid reservoir for the power steering pump from the bracket. Place it to one side. To remove the fluid reservoir, see «Fluid reservoir, replacing»(ref-451762-S04070564092012020900000)
- Disconnect the expansion tank and place to one side
- Remove the sensor using a screwdriver
- Disconnect the connector.
Scheme 304
- Install lock grip pliers on the return hose from the fluid reservoir as close to the power steering pump as possible. NOTE: Place paper over the generator (GEN) as protection against oil.
- Remove the return hose from the power steering pump.
Scheme 305
- Lift the fluid reservoir from the mounting. Remove the lock grip pliers. Drain the oil into a container. WARNING: Avoid skin contact with the oil.
- Disconnect both the hoses from the reservoir
- Remove the reservoir.
