  2. Check the front heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) connector for contact resistance and oxidation according to «Contact resistance and oxidation»(ref-441291-S41448420802011121500000). Check the cable between control module terminal #45 and heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) connector terminal #4. Check for an open-circuit according to «Open-circuit, permanent faults»(ref-441291-S38831997352011121500000). Try a new heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) if no fault is found during the above fault-tracing. Remedy as necessary.
