DTC P0125: ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE TOO LOW FOR CLOSED LOOP FUEL CONTROL Subaru Outback BH

  1. Perform basic diagnostic procedure. See «BASIC DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE»(ref-63535-S26517940312001020900000) . If DTC P0117 or P0118 exist, diagnose and repair those DTCs. Do not diagnose DTC P0125. If DTC P0125 is only DTC set, go to next step.
  2. Check coolant level and antifreeze solution mixture ratio. Drain and refill coolant as required. If coolant level and solution mixture are correct, check operation of thermostat. If thermostat stays open, replace thermostat. If thermostat does not stay open, replace ECT sensor. Clear memory and perform verification procedure.
