Engine Management System Motronic Me 1.5.5
Both DOHC–0 petrol engines are equipped with the engine management system Motronic ME 1.5.5. Due to stricter legal requirements on vehicle emissions, the following components have been reworked and in part re–implemented:
- Accelerator pedal module (electronic accelerator pedal)
- Throttle valve module (electronic accelerator pedal)
- Linear exhaust gas recirculation valve
- Second oxygen sensor for monitoring degree of efficiency of catalytic converter
