Remove and Install Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve Opel Combo C

Remove

1. 1. Remove upper engine cover (1). Detach wiring harness plug for exhaust gas recirculation valve (2).
2. 2. Unclip wiring harness and remove fastening bolts for exhaust gas recirculation valve (3)
3. 3. Remove exhaust gas recirculation valve

Install

4. 4. Clean sealing surfaces and remove gasket remnants
5. 5. Attach exhaust gas recirculation valve to intake manifold flange with new gasket – tightening torque 20 Nm
6. 6. Clip on wiring harness and attach exhaust gas recirculation valve wiring harness plug.
7. 7. Install upper engine cover.
