The new Bosch Motronic 7.6.2 engine control unit is introduced in model year 2005.
The control unit is identical with the previous model, the Motronic 7.6.1, but has new hardware and software.
The vehicle models and engines in which the 7.6.2 control unit are used from MY 2005 onwards are set out below.
- Agila Z 10 XEP, Z 12 XEP
- Corsa-C Z 10 XEP, Z 12 XEP, Z 14 XEP
- Corsa-C Combo Z 14 XEP
- Meriva Z 14 XEP
- Astra-H Z 20 LEL, Z 20 LER
- Tigra-B Z 14 XEP
• Service: The new 7.6.2 control unit is fully compatible with the previous model, the 7.6.1 and can replace it in the event of service.
