Replace Alternator Drive Disc Opel Astra H

Engine Electrics

Remove

1. Remove alternator
2. Clamp alternator in vice
3. Detach alternator drive disc • Unclip drive disc cover • Counterhold with KM-6372 at drive disc • Unscrew drive disc

Note. Left-handed thread

Install

4. Attach alternator drive disc • Counterhold with KM-6372 at drive disc • Tighten drive disc 80 Nm • Clip drive disc cover into place

Note. Left-handed thread

5. Remove alternator from vice
6. Install alternator
