Rear Door Window Regulator Replacement Opel Agila B

Remove

1. 1. Remove inner trim panel from door • Remove 2x screw (2), 2x clip (1) • Remove window winder handle – Release clip, then pull off • Release 8x clip, 2x locator

2. 2. Remove bracket (2) for inner trim panel from door • Remove screw
3. 3. Remove water deflector (1) from door • Pull off

4. 4. Remove outer window sealing strip (1) from door • Push in and pull up
5. 5. Remove inner window sealing strip from door • Pull off

6. 6. Remove window channel (1) from door • Release seal (2) from window channel • Remove screw (4), 2x bolt (3)
7. 7. Remove fixed window (5) from door • Slide out

8. 8. Remove window (1) from door • Release window guide from window regulator – Slide off

9. 9. Remove window regulator (1) from door • Remove 4x screw (2)

Install

10. 10. Install new window regulator to door • Install 4x screw, do not tighten at this stage • Secure 4x screw in sequence shown 5.5 Nm

11. 11. Install window (1) to door • Secure window guide to window regulator – Slide on

12. 12. Install fixed window (5) to door • Slide in
13. 13. Install window channel (1) to door • Install screw (4), 2x bolt (3) • Secure seal (2) to window channel

14. 14. Install inner window sealing strip to door • Push on
15. 15. Install outer window sealing strip (1) to door • Push on

16. 16. Install window winder handle
17. 17. Raise door window
18. 18. Remove window winder handle
19. 19. Install water deflector (1) to door • Push on
20. 20. Install bracket (2) for inner trim panel to door • Install screw

21. 21. Install inner trim panel to door • Secure 2x locator, 8x clip • Install window winder handle – Push on, then secure clip • Install 2x clip (1), 2x screw (2)
