Rear Door Fixed Window Replacement Opel Agila B

Remove

1. 1. Remove inner trim panel from door • Remove 2x screw (2), 2x clip (1) • Remove window winder handle – Release clip, then pull off • Release 8x clip, 2x locator

2. 2. Remove bracket (2) for inner trim panel from door • Remove screw
3. 3. Remove water deflector (1) from door • Pull off

4. 4. Install window winder handle
5. 5. Lower door window
6. 6. Remove window winder handle
7. 7. Remove outer window sealing strip (1) from door • Push in and pull up
8. 8. Remove inner window sealing strip from door • Pull off

9. 9. Remove window channel (1) from door • Release seal (2) from window channel • Remove screw (4), 2x bolt (3)
10. 10. Remove fixed window (5) from door • Slide out
11. 11. Remove seal from fixed window • Pull off

Install

12. 12. Install seal to new fixed window (5) • Push on
13. 13. Install fixed window to door • Slide in
14. 14. Install window channel (1) to door • Install 2x bolt (3) 5.5 Nm , screw (4) 3 Nm • Secure seal (2) to window channel

15. 15. Install inner window sealing strip to door • Push on
16. 16. Install outer window sealing strip (1) to door • Push on

17. 17. Install window winder handle
18. 18. Raise door window
19. 19. Remove window winder handle
20. 20. Install water deflector (1) to door • Push on
21. 21. Install bracket (2) for inner trim panel to door • Install screw

22. 22. Install inner trim panel to door • Secure 2x locator, 8x clip • Install window winder handle – Push on, then secure clip • Install 2x clip (1), 2x screw (2)
