Front Door Window Regulator Motor Replacement Opel Agila B

Remove

1. 1. Remove upper trim panel (1) from door • Release clip, locator
2. 2. Remove inner trim panel from door • Remove 2x screw (2), 2x clip (3) • Remove window winder handle (if installed) – Release clip, then pull off • Release 9x clip, locator • Disconnect harness connector from power window switch (if installed)

3. 3. Remove rear view mirror from door • Disconnect harness connector (2) (if installed) • Remove 3x nut (1)

4. 4. Remove bracket (1) for inner trim panel from door • Remove screw
5. 5. Remove water deflector (2) from door • Pull off, then withdraw harness through aperture in water deflector

6. 6. Remove outer window sealing strip (1) from door • Push in and pull up
7. 7. Remove inner window sealing strip from door • Pull off

8. 8. Remove upper front window channel from door • Remove bolt (2) • Remove screw (1) – Pull back door weatherstrip for access • Release seal from upper front window channel
9. 9. Remove fixed window from door • Remove outer trim cover from door – Pull off to release clip • Slide out

10. 10. Connect harness connector (if installed) to electric window switch or install window winder handle (if installed)
11. 11. Raise door window to suitable position

Note. The door window is raised to gain access to 2x screw (2) through 2x aperture in the door.

12. 12. Disconnect harness connector (if installed) from electric window switch or remove window winder handle (if installed)
13. 13. Disconnect harness connector (if installed) from window regulator assembly
14. 14. Remove window (1) from door • Remove 2x screw

15. 15. Remove window regulator (1) from door • Remove 6x screw (2)
16. 16. Remove motor from window regulator • Remove 3x screw

Install

17. 17. Install new motor to window regulator • Install 3x screw 5.5 Nm
18. 18. Install window regulator (1) to door • Apply suitable grease to window regulator • Install 6x screw (2) 5.5 Nm

19. 19. Connect harness connector (if installed) to electric window switch or install window winder handle (if installed)
20. 20. Connect harness connector (if installed) to window regulator assembly
21. 21. Raise window regulator assembly to suitable position (if required)

Note. The window regulator assembly is raised to gain access to 2x screw (2) through 2x aperture in the door.

22. 22. Install window (1) to door • Install 2x screw 5.5 Nm
23. 23. Lower door window
24. 24. Disconnect harness connector (if installed) from electric window switch or remove window winder handle (if installed)

25. 25. Install fixed window to door • Slide in • Install outer trim cover to door – Push on to secure clip
26. 26. Install upper front window channel to door • Secure seal to upper front window channel • Install screw (1) 3 Nm – Pull back door weatherstrip for access • Install bolt (2) 5.5 Nm

27. 27. Install inner window sealing strip to door • Push on
28. 28. Install outer window sealing strip (1) to door • Push on

29. 29. Install water deflector (2) to door • Position harness through aperture in water deflector
30. 30. Install bracket (1) for inner trim panel to door • Install screw

31. 31. Install rear view mirror to door • Install 3x nut (1) 8 Nm • Connect harness connector (2) (if installed)

32. 32. Install inner trim panel to door • Connect harness connector to power window switch (if installed) • Secure 9x clip, locator • Install window winder handle (if installed) – Push on, then secure clip • Install 2x screw (2), 2x clip (3)
33. 33. Install upper trim panel (1) to door • Secure locator, clip
