FOREWORD [FS5A-EL]
- When the customer reports a vehicle malfunction, inspect the malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) indication, AT warning indicator light flash, and diagnostic trouble code (DTC), then diagnose the malfunction according to following flowchart. If a DTC exists, diagnose the applicable DTC inspection. (See «ON-BOARD DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM DTC TABLE [FS5A-EL]»(ref-581635-S37937091102013101400000) .) If a DTC does not exist, the MIL does not illuminate and the AT warning indicator light illuminate, diagnose the applicable symptom troubleshooting. (See «SYMPTOM TROUBLESHOOTING ITEM TABLE [FS5A-EL]»(ref-581665-S20832294472013101400000) .)
Note. If a tire of a different diameter from the standard tire is installed, the TCM determines that the driving mode is the AAS mode, and may change to a different shift timing from the normal timing. (Схема №2): Automatic Transaxle Malfunction Diagnosis Flow Chart
