Removing
Disconnect the battery negative terminal
Remove the sound-proofing panel from under the engine
Fit the tools [3] on the heating hoses (1) (engine compartment side)
NoteBe prepared for the flow of fluid
Disconnect the connector "a"
Disconnect the pipes (2); using tool [1]
Uncouple and blank the fuel supply pipe (3); using tools [2] and [4]
Remove
- The 3 bolts (5)
- The additional heating unit (4)
Refitting
Refit
- The additional heating unit (4)
- The 3 bolts (5); tightening torque to 0,8 da.Nm
Remove the tools [4]
Couple the fuel supply pipe (3); using tool [2]
Join the hoses (2); using tool [1]
Remove the tools [3]
Reconnect the connector "a"
Refit the sound-proofing panel under the engine
Reconnect the battery negative terminal
Additional operations
Bleed the fuel supply circuit (see the relevant operation)
Bleed the cooling system (see the relevant operation)
Top up the level if necessary
Check that the additional heating assembly operates correctly
Measure and adjust, if necessary, the CO2 value (see the relevant operation)
