Installing delivery lines
Install the supply pipe on the power steering pump. Tighten to : Tightening torque
Note. Use a new O-ring.
Remove the hose pliers from the supply line.
Connect the battery lead.

Note. For the correct oil grade use Volvo power steering Fluid P/N 1161529.
Fill the power steering reservoir with oil. Bleed the system.
Turn the steering wheel from lock to lock several times. Top up with oil as necessary.
Lower the vehicle.
Apply the parking brake. Start the engine.
- A Turn the steering wheel slowly to the right, keep it at the limit position for two seconds.
- B Turn the steering wheel slowly to the left, keep it at the limit position for two seconds.
Repeat steps A and B ten times.
