Bypass Valve, Replace
Remove oil filter with KM-726-A (1) - collect escaping engine oil.
Using tap (2) (M10 3rd stage) cut thread in locking washer, screw in M10 bolt and remove bypass valve from seat.
Drive in bypass valve with drift (approx. 15 mm ∅ ) until the stop.
Lightly coat seal ring of new oil filter with engine oil and attach to oil pump with KM-726-A (1) - tightening torque 15 Nm / 11 lbf. ft.
Check engine oil level and fill engine oil up to "MAX" mark on oil dipstick. Start engine and allow to run until oil pressure telltale is extinguished. Check engine oil level again and correct.
