Note: TECH 1 checks the switch conditions of the ignition engagement during the transmission shifting operation. The engine torque on AT vehicles is reduced via the pre-ignition while starting. lf trouble code 75/76 is stored and the display actual value does not correspond to the nominal values for AT vehicles, the transmission no longer shifts automatically, but must be shifted manually. Before disconnecting the transmission control unit, make sure that the trouble codes have been read and noted.
