Hydraulic Valve Lifter, Basic Adjustment
This operation is only necessary if rocker arm is removed.
Set pistons of valve lifter to be adjusted to TDC.
Loosen adjustment nut until there is clearance. Tighten adjustment nut until there is no clearance between valve, rocker arm and valve lifter.
