Possible cause of fault, trouble-shooting

1. MAXI fuse F15/30A defective.

2. Lead interruption between radiator fan relay and AC fan motor, 1st speed, K26/Ter. 86 (3) and X6 (54/bushing).

3. Lead interruption between X6 (54/pin) and pressure switch ASSY. S20 (2).

4. Pressure switch ASSY. S20 defective - see test step 06.

5. Lead interruption between X6 (57/bushing) and AC switch S101 (A).

6. AC switch S101 defective - see test step 08.

7. Lead interruption between AC switch S101 (C) and AC relay K6/Ter. 87 (8).

8. AC relay K6 defective - see test step 07.

9. Lead interruption between AC relay K6/Ter. 30 (4) and output MAXI fuse F15/30A.

10. Lead interruption between radiator fan relay and AC fan motor, 1st speed, K26/Ter. 30 (2) and AC relay K6/Ter. 87 (8).

11. Lead interruption between radiator fan relay and AC fan motor, 1st speed, K26/Ter. A (4) and X44 (2/bushing).

12. Lead interruption between X44 (2/pin) and auxiliary fan motor M11 (BRWS/brown-white).

13. Lead interruption between radiator fan relay and AC fan motor, 1st speed, K26/Ter. 85 (6) and grounding point 2.

14. Lead interruption between radiator fan relay and AC fan motor, 1st speed, K26/Ter. 87 (8) and AC fan motor M10 (1).

15. Lead interruption between radiator fan relay and AC fan motor, 1st speed, K26/Ter. B (5) and X44 (1/bushing).

16. Lead interruption between X44 (1/pin) and radiator fan relay K52/Ter. 30 (2).

17. Radiator fan relay K52 defective - see test step 13.

*) For this, remove the glove compartment and detach the relay frame beside the glove compartment.

**) For this remove the lower left A pillar inner panelling.
