· Disconnect wiring harness plug from switch S128. *)

· Bridge wiring harness plug of switch S128 between Ter. (2) and Ter. (3).

· Disconnect wiring harness plug from motor M4

· Ignition ON

» 11.5 V
Possible cause of fault, trouble-shooting

1. Fuse F17/10A defective.

2. Fuse F7/30A defective.

3. Lead interruption between radiator fan relay K67/Ter. 30 (4) and X6 (77/pin).

4. Lead interruption between X6 (77/bushing) and output fuse F7/30A.

5. Lead interruption between input fuse F7/30A and terminal 30 (battery).

6. Lead interruption between radiator fan relay K67/Ter. 86 (2) and X6 (61/pin).

7. Lead interruption between X6 (61/bushing) and output fuse F17/10A.

8. Lead interruption between input fuse F17/10 A and starter switch S1 (15).

9. Lead interruption between radiator fan relay K67/Ter. 87 (8) and radiator fan motor M4 (RTWS/red-white).

10. Lead interruption between radiator fan motor M4 (BR/brown) and grounding point 2.

11. Radiator fan motor M4 defective - see test step 01.

12. Lead interruption between radiator fan relay K67/Ter. 85 (6) and coolant temperature switch S128 (2) or pressure switch ASSY. S20 (4).

13. Lead interruption between coolant temperature switch S128 (3) and grounding point 2.

14. Coolant temperature switch S128 defective - see test step 15.

15. Lead interruption between pressure switch ASSY. S20 (3) and grounding point 2.

16. Pressure switch ASSY. S20 defective.

*) For this, remove front panelling
