Wheel speed sensor circuit resistance greater than 10 kW in all other speed ranges
· The fault is recognized and stored in the following system operating phases:
Ignition ON
Vehicle operating
ABS control active
Diagnostic mode active (TECH 1 connected)
· The above conditions must be fulfilled for at least 0.17 s

· Short circuit to ground:
Fault is recognized when the speed at the affected wheel is 2 km/h (1.25 mph) (affected wheel at a standstill)
and the sensor voltage falls below a threshold value.
· The fault is recognized and stored in the following system operating phases:
Ignition ON
Vehicle operating
ABS control active
Diagnostic mode active (TECH 1 connected)
· Above conditions must be fulfilled for 0.29 to 0.87 s
If trouble code 41 was recognized, valve actuation is blocked and the ABS telltale is switched on.
The solenoid valve relay is switched off.
During diagnosis (TECH 1 connected) the solenoid valve relay is switched on.
