Replace Coolant Inlet Port Opel Combo C

Remove

1. 1. Open bonnet
2. 2. Raise vehicle all the way
3. 3. Remove lower engine compartment cover / splash protection
4. 4. Drain coolant
5. 5. Detach lower radiator hose (3) from coolant inlet port (1) • Loosen clamp (2)

6. 6. Remove coolant inlet port • Unscrew 6 bolts (arrows)

7. 7. Clean sealing surface

Install

8. 8. Install coolant inlet port • Tighten 6 bolts

Note. Use new gaskets

9. 9. Attach lower radiator hose to coolant inlet port • Fasten clamp
10. 10. Install lower engine compartment cover / splash protection • Tighten 3 bolts • Install clip
11. 11. Lower vehicle all the way
12. 12. Top up coolant and check coolant level
13. 13. Close bonnet
