Check the Cooling System for Leaks Opel Combo C

Remove

1. 1. Open bonnet
2. 2. Unscrew cover of coolant compensation tank

Inspect

3. 3. Check coolant level. • Coolant compensation tank

Note. To marking KALT/COLD – top up coolant if necessary.

4. 4. Attach cooling system tester (2) • KM-471 (1)

5. 5. Apply pressure to cooling system

Note. Apply approx. 100 kPa (1 bar/14.5 psi) to cooling system.

6. 6. Check cooling system for leaks • Check for leaks
7. 7. Detach cooling system tester • Release pressure • Remove KM-471

Install

8. 8. Close cover of coolant compensation tank
9. 9. Close bonnet
