Remove
Engine coolant - partially drain.
Water hose (1) from turbocharger.
Outlet pipe (2) gasket (3) and thermostat (4) from housing.
Install
Thermostat gasket and outlet pipe to housing – bolts 19 Nm.
Water hose to turbocharger.
Replenish engine with coolant.
