Remove
Engine coolant – drain.
Lower and upper radiator hoses from engine, expansion tank hose from radiator filler neck.
Radiator cowling from radiator and place radiator cowling over cooling fan assembly.
Radiator from front panel – bolts.
Install
Radiator to front panel - bolts 19 Nm.
Radiator cowling to radiator.
Lower and upper radiator hoses to engine, expansion tank hose to radiator filler neck.
Fill engine with coolant to neck of radiator and MAX mark on expansion tank.
