Headlamp Replacement Opel Agila B

Remove

1. 1. Raise vehicle
2. 2. Release 2x protective panelling from front panelling • Remove 4x clip (1)

3. 3. Release front panelling from lower front body panel • Remove 3x bolt (1)

4. 4. Lower vehicle
5. 5. Release front panelling from 2x front wing • Remove 2x screw (1)
6. 6. Release front panelling from upper front body panel • Remove 2x clip (3) • Remove 4x bolt (2)

7. 7. Remove front panelling from vehicle • Release front panelling from 2x side bracket (1) – Pull off • Disconnect 2x harness connector from 2x front fog lamp (if installed)

Note. 2x technician are required.

8. 8. Remove headlamp (1) from vehicle • Remove 3x bolt (2) • Release 2x locator from front wing
9. 9. Disconnect harness connector from headlamp • Release clip

10. 10. Remove range control adjuster (1) from headlamp • Turn range control adjuster anti-clockwise to release • Disconnect ball joint from reflector – Pull out sideways
11. 11. Remove 2x headlamp bulb • Remove rubber cover (2) • Disconnect harness connector • Release clip
12. 12. Remove front side marker bulb from headlamp • Remove bulb from bulb holder
13. 13. Remove turn signal lamp bulb holder (3) and bulb from headlamp • Turn bulb holder anti-clockwise to release
14. 14. Remove clip from headlamp • Slide off

Install

15. 15. Install new clip to new headlamp • Slide on
16. 16. Install turn signal lamp bulb holder (3) and bulb to headlamp • Turn bulb holder clockwise to secure
17. 17. Install front side marker bulb to headlamp • Install bulb to bulb holder
18. 18. Install 2x headlamp bulb • Secure clip • Connect harness connector • Install rubber cover (2)
19. 19. Install range control adjuster (1) to headlamp • Connect ball joint to reflector • Turn range control adjuster clockwise to secure

20. 20. Install headlamp (1) to vehicle • Secure 2x locator to front wing • Install 3x bolt
21. 21. Connect harness connector to headlamp • Secure clip

22. 22. Install front panelling to vehicle • Connect 2x harness connector to 2x front fog lamp (if installed) • Secure front panelling to 2x side bracket (1) – Push on

Note. 2x technician are required.

23. 23. Secure front panelling to upper front body panel • Install 4x bolt (2) • Install 2x clip (3)
24. 24. Secure front panelling to 2x front wing • Install 2x screw (1)

25. 25. Raise vehicle
26. 26. Secure front panelling to lower front body panel • Install 3x bolt (1)

27. 27. Secure 2x protective panelling to front panelling • Install 4x clip (1)

28. 28. Lower vehicle
29. 29. Check headlamp alignment – see operation “Headlamps Adjust”
